Shipping policy

Shipping Information 

1. Processing time: Orders are prepared and shipped from Lausanne, Switzerland, within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order pieces require 3 additional days of production before shipping. 

2. Delivery times and rates: 

- Switzerland and Liechtenstein: free delivery, 3–7 business days. 

- Europe: CHF 9.90, 7–15 business days. Free delivery for orders from CHF 300. 

- Rest of the world: CHF 19.90, 10–20 business days. Free delivery for orders from CHF 300. Delivery times are estimates and start from the shipping date. 

3. Tracking: All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. 

4. Customs duties and taxes: Orders shipped outside Switzerland may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon delivery. We are unable to estimate or reimburse these costs. 

5. Delays: While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections, strikes or adverse weather conditions.
