Terms of Service

1. General: These terms apply to all orders placed on francaswim.com, operated by FRANCA, Lausanne, Switzerland (info@francaswim.com). By placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Products: All our pieces are handmade in Lausanne. Slight variations in color, print or finish may occur and are part of their handmade character. Product photos are as accurate as possible but may differ slightly from the actual item.

3. Orders: An order is confirmed once payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of an error in price or availability; any payment will then be fully refunded.

4. Made-to-order pieces: Made-to-order pieces are produced after your order, in the size you selected. Production takes approximately 3 business days before shipping. These pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Prices and payment: Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), including Swiss VAT where applicable. Prices displayed in other currencies are converted for information. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payment is due at the time of order.

6. Shipping, duties and taxes: Delivery times and rates are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Orders shipped outside Switzerland may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Returns: Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

8. Liability: We cannot be held responsible for delays or damages caused by carriers or customs, nor for improper use or care of the products. Please follow the care instructions provided.

9. Applicable law: These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Lausanne, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
